deafConnectEd was established in 1993 as the Centre of Excellence for Students who are Deaf or hard of hearing to support the learning success of students who are Deaf or hard of hearing in Victorian tertiary education. The service partnered with educators, student support staff, students and families to provide advice, training, research, and interpreting services.
